RECEPTIONIST (2 Positions)
The College is inviting applications from suitably experienced Receptionist/Administrators seeking ongoing positions. Both positions are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm, with 8 weeks annual leave per annum.
Junior School Receptionist/AP Administration Support (Ref RJ221018)
Located in our Junior School Reception, this varied role will manage the reception area and provide administrative and secretarial support to the Associate Principal (Junior School). Please refer to the Position Description for details of skills and experience required to be successful in this role.
College Receptionist (Ref RS221018)
Located in our brand new Main Administration block, the successful applicant will manage the busy College Reception. Please refer to the Position Description for details of skills and experience required to be successful in this role.
Family Fees/Accounts Officer – Part time (Ref FF221018)
The College is inviting applications from suitably experienced Accounts Receivable officers seeking an ongoing position managing the College School Fees and providing Accounts support, including Accounts Payable.
Located in our brand new Administration building, the position is 22.5 hours per week and attracts 6 weeks annual leave per annum.

Senior Accounts/Finance Officer – Part Time (Ref FO181018)
The College is inviting applications from suitably experienced Senior Accounts / Finance Officers seeking a part time, ongoing position in our busy Finance & Administration office, located in our brand new Administration building.
