The Kindy children have had a busy week this week exploring their new school environment. They have been lucky enough to have made pancakes for Shrove Tuesday. They all enjoyed cooking in class.

The children also got to visit the Sustainability area. They met the chickens, Sandra and Stephie, they also got to pat the chickens. They fed the fish and got to look at our compost bins. In the compost bins there were lots of worms and the children got to hold them. The children learnt about sustainable practices like giving food scraps to the chickens, and to the worms.
