Houses
In 2014, the College introduced its House system, creating four houses in total. The Houses are named in the indigenous Noongar language.
Each House represents one of the four elements: Earth, Fire, Water and Wind.
Boodjar meaning Earth; Kaal meaning Fire; Kep meaning Water and Maar meaning Wind.
Mother Teresa Catholic College acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of this land. The land that the Noongar people lived on and cared for over many thousands of years before the College was constructed.
