Parish Priest Reference

The Catholic Education Commission of WA Policy Statement on Student Enrolment requires the enrolling Principal of a Parish School to consult the Parish Priest. Mother Teresa Catholic School belongs to the Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Parish, Baldivis.

Completion of this form and its presentation to the Parish Priest during a brief meeting with him, forms part of the enrolment process for Mother Teresa Catholic School. The purpose of this meeting is to afford an opportunity for prospective School families to be introduced to and welcomed into the wider parish community of Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church, Baldivis.

This meeting does not guarantee enrolment in the School for your child / children.

During the meeting, the discussion will focus on matters such as your reasons for seeking enrolment for your child in a Catholic School and your previous experience of, or connections with, the Catholic Church. Most importantly, the meeting will provide an opportunity for the Parish Priest to hear how you would like the Parish to help you.
