College Fees and Withdrawals
This is a friendly reminder that College fees are due by 30 September 2025. If you already have a payment arrangement in place, it will continue as scheduled and no further action is required. Payments can be made in person at the College Office or online using the Biller Code and reference number provided on your fee statement. If you have any questions or require assistance, please contact the College Finance Office on 9591 7135 (Tracey Pedersen). Thank you for your attention to this important matter.
Student Withdrawal Reminder
As we prepare for the coming term, we kindly remind families that the College requires one full term’s written notice should you intend to withdraw your child from the College.
In line with College policy, if this notice is not provided, a full term’s fees will be charged in lieu of notice.
If you are considering withdrawing your child, please ensure that written notice addressed to the College Principal is submitted to Mrs Helen Minotti via email at helen.minotti@cewa.edu.au prior to the commencement of Term 4.
