Principal’s Welcome
Welcome to
Mother Teresa Catholic College.
Mother Teresa Catholic College is a Catholic Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 learning community committed to growing “Strong in Faith and Love.” Inspired by the life and witness of Saint Mother Teresa, we are guided by Gospel values as we nurture young people to know themselves, serve others, and contribute positively to the world with compassion, courage, and hope.
Our Vision for Learning is built on four foundational pillars: Catholic Identity, Education, Community, and Stewardship. These pillars reflect our commitment to fostering a faith-centred environment where students grow in their relationship with God, are challenged to achieve academic excellence, and are supported within a caring community.
At MTCC, learning is purposeful and relational. We hold high expectations for our students and believe all learners can achieve excellence when teaching is evidence-based, engaging, and responsive. Across Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12, our classrooms promote student voice, agency, creativity, and collaboration, while our staff work together in a culture of reflection, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Wellbeing and belonging are central to our identity. We are a community that values partnerships with families, parish, and the wider community. Through pastoral care, service, and leadership opportunities, we empower students to become confident, compassionate contributors who are prepared to thrive in a complex and changing world.
As stewards of God’s gifts, we are committed to forming young people who act with courage, humility, and responsibility, using their learning in service of others and the common good, in the spirit of Saint Mother Teresa.
I warmly invite you to explore our website and discover how Mother Teresa Catholic College brings faith, learning, and community together with clarity, purpose, and hope for the future.
